When you request help, some details like your location or a contact number may be shown so that the right people can reach you quickly. After your request is completed, all visible contact information is removed from public view. Your name stays private.

If you are uncomfortable sharing anything, you can choose what to hide, but please remember that some information is important for your safety.

Emergency tools on our platform don't require login because emergency situations can't wait. These features work in real time and your personal details are kept hidden unless absolutely necessary for your safety.

Platform Security & Misuse Prevention

We take misuse of this platform seriously. If someone tries to use fake locations, disables geolocation, or connects through a VPN to hide criminal activity, their access will be blocked. We use advanced methods to detect suspicious behavior and protect everyone using the platform.

Your Signature & National Voice

Inside your profile, you can upload your signature. If you choose to raise your voice on national-level issues, your signature will be attached only when you click the "Raise My Voice" option. That click is your consent. It allows us to submit documents or complaints to the government when needed.

We don't use your signature for anything else.
